Quality Inn Moss Point - Pascagoula

We enjoy the reasonable cost, but it does come with a price. My last stay, the woman who greeted us was great! She even gave us extra pillows. But by the morning, I was woke up by the sound of dripping. I got up and stepped in a pool of water. The ceiling had a crack from one side of the room to the other and water was dripping from everywhere. So much for sleeping in. I immediately notified the front office, and she said we could move our stuff to another room. I declined because I didn't want to pack up all our stuff and move with only 4 hours left to check out. We waited over an hour for maintenance to show up and when they didn't, my husband went to tell the lady at the front, something needs to be done! Finally, they got upstairs and was able to stop the leak. She credited my account

Stayed 3 nights to spend Christmas with family, the hotel rented a room out 2 doors down from us for a party with kids screaming running be very loud. We were told by the lady at the front desk pretty much there was nothing we could do. So my suggestion is Don’t stay here. Since when do you rent out hotel rooms for a party? This is bs won’t stay here again. Also coffee pot, phone doesn’t work. 2 maybe 3 outlets in the room. Also not much of a breakfast

The room had an odor and as soon as you open the door, it was a sour foul odor. The rooms I usually stay in smells fresh and clean. I will make sure I don't check in that room number again. The manager at the front desk is a nice kind lady and very accommodating so I will stay again but in a different room.

We traveled from Bham,AL to Moss Point, MS to attend our aunt's 80th birthday party and needed a room. The location was only minutes away, easy access to the interstate, and great customer service. THE ROOM, The Room, the room was old and look horrible. There was a commercial wet vacuum in the room from water had flooded another room. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Counter tops had hair on them. It needed remodel. We carry disinfectant spray when traveling and sprayed everything down, said our prayers, and got in the bed.

It was extremely filthy. Cigarette ashes from previous stay. Dingy sheets and cigarette wholes. Removed cushion from chair to reveal dog hair and what looked to be mold. I moved The furniture maybe an inch just to check cleanliness and it was gross. Looked to have never been cleaned. This place needs a serious upgrade.
