Holiday Inn Express Pascagoula-Moss Point by IHG

Very nice for a low budget hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Sent us to a delicious dinner restaurant. Hotel appears and smells clean and welcoming. Hallways bright and odor free. Room was very large and clean. Beds extremely comfortable, bedding so so! Breakfast was okay. Lots of packaged items but also cereal, oatmeal with fixings, pancakes and several hot items. Only negative was that we checked ahead for a hot tub/ spa and was told definitely! When we arrived were told it was closed for repairs after we called the day before! However a staff member stated that they just don’t heat it!? That is why only 4 star!

A nice stay, clean room, cool air condition, and comfy beds! The folks at the front desk were very helpful , so polite and friendly too. Breakfast was great, fried eggs, egg white omelet, two types of sausage, biscuit and gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, and other options, and one kind lady named Mary makin' it all happen!

The beds here are clean and comfortable, and the dove bathroom products are an awesome improvement compared to most products offered at hotels. The breakfast isn't amazing, but the pancake machine is great. The bathtub we got didn't drain when we took a shower, and calling maintenance was pointless because he didn't fix it. The staff is super polite and pretty honest. I asked about coffee in the lobby and at least the front desk was honest and told me it had been there since before her shift started at 3. But she did recommend the coffee in the room.

This place is terrible. We’ve stayed here several times while in town and will be driving further to stay in nicer hotel. This hotel is nasty! The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, there’s cobwebs all around the air conditioner unit, stains on the sheets, the pillows are flat, rust in the tub!! Won’t be staying here any longer

This hotel has become our spot when we are in town. Every desk clerk, kitchen staff, and even maintenance employees has treated my family with top notch care over the years.
