Comfort Inn & Suites Moss Point Pascagoula

The room needed to be upgraded it looked like you were in a time machine. There were cracks in the shower tile , there were no hooks in the shower to hang your towels. In the breakfast area there were spots in the ceiling that needed to be replaced. Clearly water damage to the ceiling and had the nerve to have a tv hanging right under the worst spot. The towels had holes in them. It smelled like mildew. For the price we were charged it was a absolutely rip off. I could go on and on but never will I stay there again.

Don't be fooled by the reviews or score(s) over three stars. This isn't Comfort Inn quality; not even close. It has damage and issues everywhere you look including crickets in the hallway. Starting with the property outside all the way to the bathroom it's poorly maintained. The standards are gone without spend and attention to details. Choice should force them to remove the Comfort Inn franchise name. I won't stay there again.

The rooms were not clean like they should be. General wiping down would eliminate stains on the lamps and other items. The first room they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke the second I opened the door. Management gave me another room but the housekeeping was horrible. The tub jets showed filth that needed to be cleaned. Other patrons told me that this was the worst Comfort Inn they had ever stayed at!

This is the worst place I have ever attempted to stay at. My husband and myself made a reservation for June 20-22,2025. Upon arrival we were greeted with the front desk personnel cleaning rooms, fixing tvs, and checking in individuals. We finally received our keyboard but when we made it to the room it was already occupied. I immediately went back to the front desk to see what was going on. The front desk personnel assured me that there was no one in the room. I explained to her that there was luggage in the room. She went to check amd came back confused. She then stated I am unsure what happened but the hotel is completely booked. Mind you we jad already paid for the room for two nights. The hotel still has not refunded our money nor has the owner contacted me after 10 attempts. Please be

The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The carpet was frayed, there was rust on the toilet paper holder, as well as the towel rack. There was rust and old marks from the non-slip mat in the tub. Carpet was rippled up in places, and all the doors to the rooms were scuffed up. It just desperately needed to be updated.
