Quality Inn Milan-Sandusky

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Very modern we had the king sweet **NO BUGS**. Indoor pool was nice hot tub was amazing after long days at cedar point. Lobby was clean no smells friendly staff . Only dislike was we stayed in the second building and the parking lot had some lights that were out .Plenty of big truck parking . Breakfast offered could of been better very minimal. Over all I still recommend staying . something to note they are not pet friendly .Just want to put that out there . Recommend for your next vaction or business trip .we will be back to stay.

We stayed 7/11 to 7/13 as part of the Round Tripper Baseball & Softball tournament 2025 . A recommended hotel as part of the Sports Force Park.||Poor plumbing, toilet and tub. Could not completely shut off water in the tub. Toilet took multiple times to flush.|Room was not clean, floors needed to be mopped. Air conditioning worked well, it has a high 80s stretch of days. Bed was ok. TV was very good. ||Internet poor coverage and speed, system over utilized for the limited bandwidth provided to the facility ||Hallways not vacuumed. Doors closed very hard when entering and exiting your room.||Exterior doors not locked, in fact left open on the back side of the building. Anyone could walk in.||Outside pool was green. Lots of construction trucks in the parking lot. Had to park way out and walk through all the workers and their vehicles. No elevator, had to carry our things upstairs to our room. TV worked but it took us a while to figure out we had to use the buttons in bottom of tv to change channel and could not turn volume up or down. Ac/heat would not go below 70. Beds were small.

Our room was not cleaned well (trash remained from previous guest between the bed and nightstand). We had no towels upon arrival. The shower area was rusted, had mildew/mold all over the caulking, there was some mysterious splatter on the bathroom wall near the sink, the floor appeared to have not been mopped recently (snowy shoe residue was present). The hairdryer cord was falling apart. We were in the back building 145. The parking lot lights were not functioning at all. The staff were kind and accommodating to our need for breakfast a bit earlier (volleyball tournament). We would however not stay there again due to the condition of the room/building.

This place was less than stellar. First thing I notice is stained comforter on the bed. Bathroom had no shower curtain, the shower head had a constant stream of water, windows had so much condensation it was dripping all over the window sill. No vent/fan in bathroom. Poor ventilation throughout entire facility. Pool area was horrible! Had kids swimming but unable to breathe or see due to the amount of chemicals and steam in the air. Hotel ended up closing the pool. Breakfast consisted of waffles and some cereal. The milk container had old, solidified milk on the pour spout, it made me sick to think how long it had been since it was cleaned. TV didn't work, forgot to turn heater on for the room.
