Days Inn by Wyndham Milan Sandusky South

The low stars are for the hotel itself. The owner needs to pay attention to detail and have the electronic locks checked. Every night except the last night we had to have the key cards constantly reprogrammed as we couldn't get in the room. One morning we got up a bit late. Went to the breakfast area at 955. Yes it's 5 minutes till they stop but everything was removed. I wasn't exactly mad but wasn't happy either. That is only worth half a star. The pool was very cold as the staff informed us that the heater needed repairs and was waiting on parts. It did look beautiful and clean. The hot tub was usable ave was great. Needed a bit updated but worked none the less... the staff was great. The front desk people were helpful and the last cleaning the rooms was always around. Nathan was extrem

Room and bathroom were both clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable, clean sheets and blankets. Didn't really hear any noise. Trains weren't bad, hardly heard one. Hot tub was excellent!! Breakfast was a lil scarce, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt n juice. Nothing hot, except coffee. I've stayed here multiple times in the past, when I was in the area, and I've never had an issue.

I would've given 5 stars but the pool heater was broken and we weren't able to swim. Other than that, it was great! The beds and pillows were comfy and the unit was clean. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just some cereal, bread products, coffee, and yogurt, but it did the job. Overall it's a nice affordable place to stay near Sandusky.

I travel A LOT!! I was quoted the room for $56.00 figured, from what I have been charged at a thousand hotel's including staying at this one years ago! Thought maybe another $10. -$12. I was charged another $30.. $86. For a $56. Dollar room can't charge the extra $25. On line that is when you walk in. Checked in and a major chip in the counter, took a pic of that!! I better not get charged for that!! Only 4 cars in parking lot thought front desk might have been more excited to see a 105. Dollar general room guess not, I worked in hospitality for years and couldn't have treated customers better!!!
