Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milan – Sandusky Area by IHG

Not fancy but the room was comfortable, staff was polite and efficient. Chair in the room had food crumbs and a wrapper but the staff cleaned it quickly when informed. Other than that was a good stay for the night we were there.

Positive: Cleanliness and location. Quiet and plenty of parking. Negative: Yes, we had multiple packages delivered to the hotel during our stay. Unfortunately, one package was delivered after we had to move to another project location and the package was “never delivered” according to staff and now is lost.

We stayed here for our cedar point trip on Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The evening shift lady who checked us in was very nice, professional and hardworking. The suites we stayed in was spacious and modern. Rooms are well insulated & quiet. kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The outdoor fireplace was amazing. There is always fresh coffee available in the lobby and dining area. The free continental buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The customer service is awesome! The front desk staff are always in a great mood and willing to help out. Housekeeping is also phenomenal! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel off the Ohio Turnpike. Still close enough to Sandusky to make it very convenient.|Staff were very friendly and the room was nice. |Absolutely no problems with our stay. |Only thing I missed was the cinnamon rolls, not sure why but they didn’t have them.

Its was a good hotel! The room was clean! The breakfast was your usual... eggs, sausage or bacon, potato cubes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt. They did not clean the room on our 3 night stay, but that's ok. We requested extra towels and had no issues with that. Pool was clean, but a little smaller. No hot tub. Had a mini fridge and microwave in our room. Good location. Had an outdoor fire pit at night to enjoy.would definitely stay here again
