Quality Inn Marshall

This place was nice and up to date. The staff was great. And the breakfast options were pretty good. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is bc I found a piece of hair in the bathroom. I’m not going to freak out completely bc I work in housekeeping so I know it’s almost impossible to see every single piece of hair.

Room 102 was a handicapped room the toilet seat is loose and slides side to side Water is sink and shower is a question hot or cold never the same. Reat hot which would burn young children and older people. Shower had seat but you would have to get up to adjust water need a adjustable hand held sprayer for the shower. If you were at sink and somebody opened door it would hit you door opens into sink If ADA ever inspected it would not pass No lounge chair like your room description showed asked for a chair for two days finally got a desk chair that helped didn't have to set on bed because my wife needed the desk chair that was with room for her dialysis. The night auditor was the most friendly. Others need some more training on how to please people. Breakfast needs a microwave and a bet

Comfortable stay… We stayed here two-nights while visiting Caddo Lake State Park. The room was clean and spacious with modern accommodations. Private parking was available on-site. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The employees were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

😊: The price was good!. 😢: It was a bit noisy but that was the fault of other careless noisy guests, not the hotel itself. The TV also didn't work, which was a bit disappointing..

The Quality Inn in Marshall is due for a major renovation. The carpet was worn a paint was peeling off the baseboards. There was an a wet spot in front of the entrance to the bathroom under the carpet. We wore shoes while in the room because of this. The refrigerator was so loud that we had to unplug it in order to sleep. The shower did not work properly. Over the last few years we have stayed at three different Quality inns. All were overpriced and need of renovations. I have no quality in our stays with you brand. Charles Beardsley
