Comfort Suites Marshall

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times while in town to visit family. It is always clean, quiet and comfortable. The separate sitting area makes the rooms much nicer for longer stays. And the breakfast is good.

This is a solid establishment especially for short visit. Nice, new and spacious rooms, a generous breakfast and helpful and pleasant staff. Has a nice pool outside, good for families. Good value.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊 We don’t travel much and i’m very particular about smells, noise, cleanliness & service . We usually stay at Holiday Inn which is good enough in those categories . I decided for ease of entrance / exit and similar price to stay at Comfort Suites . To say I’m impressed is an understatement. There was not even a hint of cigarette smoke or staleness ! First time in many years I didn’t use Fabreeze . Great in all categories, with little thoughtfulness here and there - like the 24 hr snack station right by the registration desk - and a free postcard in our room & notepads . Also, along with a desk, desk chair and comfy chair, we had a little couch with a half wall of separation, and a nice table there so I could read after my husband went to sleep . And Yes ! My wife and I have stayed at this location several times over the past few months. This is probably one of the cleanest hotels that we’ve stayed in. I would compare this hotel to some of the up scale places we’ve stayed in times past. The staff is always very friendly, and has always helped us anytime we’ve needed anything. The complementary breakfast is your average hotel breakfast but it’s good food and a clean environment. We will most definitely stay at this location again in the future.

So impressed with this hotel. It is obvious that everything in this independently owned chain hotel from attention on to details to staff friendliness can be attributed to the owners. Corporate Comfort Suite needs to recognize them and share some best practices.
