Quality Inn

The location is right off base, which is still close enough to town to be convenient. I was a little concerned at first viewing the building...it looked, well, dingy. Condensation from the ACs darkened the sides of the building. But upon entering the lobby as clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. We had driven all night from Orlando and were exhausted, they let us check in several hours early so we could sleep. The room seemed to have recently been redone. The bathroom was modern with a stand up shower and marble counter top. The king sized bed was 'baby bear just right' not too firm or soft. The room also sported and a work desk, a couch with coffee table, flat screen TV, mini fridge, and a microwave. We were very pleasantly surprised.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. The room was standard, housekeeping could use some training on cleaning. There is mold inside the air conditioner, and this was the second room I was moved too due to the mold smell in the first room. This hotel rink of mold and mildew, the state need to keep up with inspections. I checked out ASAP!

We were so glad to have a pups with us but this is the first pet friendly hotel who didn't clean very well. Our floors were greasy and our shower had the previous persons hair on the hand rail. The breakfast personnel spent most of her time outside on the phone rather than restocking and cleaning the area. There is no AC in the lobby breakfast area, elevators, or hallways but the room AC was great. No pool either but that is why they are significantly lower than the LaQuinta next door (we have stayed there would rather spend the extra in the future).

My room was good. 1st floor reeks mold and mildew. House keeping needs training. Fries in hall on second floor 2 days now, outside trash cans have not been emptied since my arrival. Breakfast ok. Staff sweet as can be but need better cleaning staff.

Recently spent four nights here. It took four sets of keys and one room change before we got into a room. They finally gave us a master key for our room. Didn't realize until the next morning that there was no hot water. Was told that they were aware of the problem and maintenance was trying to fix it. Was given the same excuse multiple times. On the day we left we were told that their solution was to go to the neighboring hotel for showers. First of all, that's not what I paid for, and secondly, that is completely unacceptable to expect guests to do that. Definitely will not be staying here on future visits to the area.
