Comfort Suites Leesville near Fort Johnson

The room was large - even for a Comfort Suites. I slept well. The bathroom too was large, but our room (an ADA room due to unavailability of other rooms) had too small a vanity for even two people to share. The room - and the hotel generally - shows a few signs of age, but staff keeps the property clean. Breakfast was better than most Comfort Suites offerings, with credit for the scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and the "real" (not "from concentrate") coffee. Our room rate was very good. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. (I'll admit that my 5 rating would be a 4, except that I am making this rating based against other hotels of similar price and amenities. I would not want a 4 rating to bring this property down because I was generally pleased.)

Beautiful hotel and super large rooms. Staff was amazing especially Stacy, she goes above and beyond for guest. I utilized the conference room for an event and the free breakfast in the morning is top tier. Super clean and welcoming .If you're ever in town this is the place to book accommodations.

I am submitting this complaint to formally escalate a serious service failure and unacceptable employee conduct that occurred during my recent stay at one of your properties. After calling to reserve a room using my Choice Rewards points, I arrived at the hotel after traveling more than 12 hours and was informed that no reservation had been made. A front desk employee attempted to correct the issue by rebooking the room using my points, issued me a room key, and provided Wi-Fi access. Based on this interaction, I reasonably believed the reservation was successfully completed using approximately 20,000 points. The following morning, I checked out and continued my trip. While driving, I received an extremely aggressive and unprofessional phone call from another employee who claimed to be the

Awful service. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t get any housekeeping services. We had to ask for fresh towels! The phone in the room doesn’t work, there’s mold in the bathroom and the bed pillows looked wrinkled and unprofessional. The elevators sound like they’re gonna give out.|The breakfast is good but it’s the same thing every day. On Saturday the only changes we got were extremely thin slices of bacon that were like bacon crisps and freezer burn tasting French toast sticks. |The staff are nice. This hotel use to be much better when they first opened. I guess the owner doesn’t care anymore. And we don’t either cause we won’t be staying here again.

It’s large, clean, and appears well-kept. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the a/c works well. There was a hot breakfast, which is very nice to have. They allowed my dogs in without an extra charge. That was the deciding factor in choosing you. The shower was continually hot. We actually stayed in three different rooms. 211 was very nice, probably the best room. 213 was missing the slide-out table under the desk, and also the bench to put my stuff on, minor inconveniences. 215 I’m worried about the refrigerator, it’s overheating inside the cabinet, and the cabinet door hinge is broken. Also, the sink is cracked in three parts.
