Quality Inn Lake City

The hotel is conveniently located just off I75 and easy to find. Check-in was easy and Dominic was very friendly. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and up to date. The mattress was comfy, so that's always a plus. They also provided an abundance of towels, so that was nice. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so that was also convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is you have only one room with a shower chair. The room had a great roll-in shower with a built-in shower chair. Unfortunately, the shampoo/conditioner dispensers are wall mounted BEHIND a person sitting on the chair. Also, there are 2 choices for turning on the water (there's a regular shower head and a hand-held wand) but they aren't labeled. Yep, I was instantly drenched with icy water down my back. I was told there are other accessible rooms, with tubs, but there are no shower chairs, neither attached or portable. This limits my ability to stay there, which is a shame, as I liked the property and its proximity to everything!

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Bob checked us in and he was awesome! I had a slight issue with the HDMI on my TV but Bob was right on it and got it fixed. There were a couple of other groups of people stopping by the desk as he was leaving the desk to fix my TV. I was super impressed at how he addressed each group of people and prioritized helping them and let them know he would be right back and then he hustled to help me and get back out to help them. (Don't see that much these days). He was also very personable and had a great sense of humor. Thanks Bob for making it a great stay for us. :) Also, Thank you to Quality Inn for not price gouging the day after Thanksgiving. Every other hote l nearby that I looked into was charging double. :( This was also a great locatio

I would definitely give this hotel a top rating. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, choice of muffins or pastries plus a few other items. I was very pleased and would stay again.
