Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

Just checked out of this disgusting hotel this afternoon. My daughter got bit all night, the sheets were disgusting and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he glanced at the bed and denied any issues. When asking for a refund for the second night, he refused and when I told him I would be leaving a review, he threatened to sue me. Upon checking out, the hotel staff stated that he notated possible bedbugs in the room which obviously shows he knew there was an issue. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Honestly, the place isn't completely awful, but it's definitely not the cleanest. Breakfast was okay, the bed was comfortable, pillows were nice, staff was okay....Passing through Klamath we've stayed at few Choice and Wyndham hotels hands down Travelodge by Wyndham is the place to go. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at period. The staff is amazing! Andy, Cara and Robin are extremely helpful and do anything necessary to accommodate ANY need you may have. The price is perfect every time no matter which room you rent. It's just the best choice when passing through.

It was clean and comfortable. I did think the bathroom around the toilet and baseboards could have been cleaner. I appreciated the more modern look and updates. Complimentary breakfast was "OK" The noise level from the connecting room was horrible, I had to put ear plugs in to go to sleep. I could hear everything as if I was in that room. If I stay here again, I will request a room that does not connect. Front desk was pleasant enough as I checked in but not overly welcoming.

Nice hotel! Check in process was easy. Comfortable beds, clean room. The breakfast was what we needed. Sylvia in the breakfast room was wonderful, she had everything clean and stocked! Will be staying again.

Very nice and clean. Beautiful accessible room. Receptionist extremely helpful and courteous. Motel is centrally located to places I needed to be. Dog friendly with a nice area to walk them. Competitively priced. It’s not fancy but a very nice place to stay.
