Quality Inn Kingsville Hwy 77

To start, the frontdesk employee gave me the wrong room. Then he gives me a 3rd floor room and tells me that they have no elevator. I request a room in the 1st floor. He says there is none available. However, there were basically no guest and parking lot almost empty, sure "none available". Then when me and my wife get into the room it was hot, they had the ac off (i guess to save electricity). Then when we started inspecting the room, there were a lot of mini roaches dead or crawling in the bathroom, room, and even inside the small fridge. The pool, well, it was super dirty, it was green. I would dare to say that this hotels way of promoting itself through pics is false advertisement. Expedia should not be working with them if they post pictures of this hotel as friendly and clean cause i

Room was spacious and clean, front desk personnel were very nice, helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed our stay and will return

When you first walk into the Lobby it looks nice, but its an illusion. The elevator doesnt work Nd they dont tell you that. The room wasn't very clean, the wood floors were coming apart at the seems. The bathroom was the worst part, the shower had mold all through out the grout, the floor was really dirty around the shower, there was hairs on the floor In the corners and near the toilet. The towels were stained. Did not use the shower for the 1 night we were there. There was an empty bag of bread and garlic in one of the drawers. Fire your cleaning crew and get better ones.

Thet guys working there are amazing but the hotel needs something that I cant put my finge on but there are/were beer cans strewn on the ground and some sketchy people hanging around and inside the lobby. The main issue I had was breakfast began at 7 and most of the people in my industry have to be at work at 7. I believe this may have been one of the only hotels I have stayed at in years that breakfast did not beging at at least 6. Other than that, I would stay again for sure.
