La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kingsville

Not sure how this place has 3.9 star rating. These ratings on here have to be a scam. So many bad reviews. Room is decent,if you don't care if it's clean or not.. Shower is absolutely filthy. Appears no attempted cleaning as there was lots of long hair in bathroom/shower. Hate to look too close at the bed.

This use to be a really nice hotel. This is definitely not upto La Quinta standards. Roach infested, room is dirty. Towels are dingy. Qe will definitely not be coming back to stay at this hotel

I had roaches in my room!!!!! No maintenance person on site and no real care or concern for the situation. It was like it was normal. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Yes, they offered to move me but the first night there were no rooms so I was unable to sleep. Not saying my full stay should have been refunded but that one night should have been or even offered me a credit for a future stay. I will never frequent that hotel again!!!!

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the front desk lady and man were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Negative: A couple of minor things. I could not get one of the TV's to change channels and the facial tissue box was empty.

Horrendous! Terrible service, stayed with Expedia they said it was canceled and refused to refund me. I stayed due to circumstances and regret it! Shower filthy, roaches, carpet dirty. Breakfast was not that good. This La Quinta is the worst! Looks nice on outside but inside is Horrendous! Don't stay there. Plenty of other places to stay.
