Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingsville by IHG

Bathrooms are outdated, the breakfast is mediocre (free), coffee has been cold for two days, plates and plasticware are flimsy/cheaply made. The location is great, staff very friendly. Suggest management spending just a tad more on the breakfast experience.

This hotel was a great place to stay, especially after booking last minute. Immediately I was greeted as a club member, and offered a water even though I had just joined that day. I got into my room and found it well in order. Everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. I went downstairs to use the gym and it had more than enough equipment for my needs. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful directing me to all the food options!

Positive: Beds were very comfortable. Negative: Even though the beds were comfortable fir sleeping, they were too tall for shorter people. A step stool would have been helpful.

Unacceptable experience. We called twice to confirm our late arrival and were told both times that our room was guaranteed. When we arrived, they had given it away. There was no solution offered and every decent lodging option in Kingsville was sold out. Complete lack of customer service and reliability. We will be filing a complaint with IHG Guest Relations.

The hotel was easy to find, the front desk staff was ready for us as was our room. The room was clean and spacious for a hotel. We used the pool to refresh and relax. It was small, but clean. Breakfast was very good and the man running the breakfast bar kept food supplied and the area clean. Check-out was a breeze.
