Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park

The dogs bark all the time and the manager of the place has no care for the tenants. The people who own the park need to be more involved. The stray cats are out of control and are damaging to personal property.

I gave it 5 stars because I love this place and had such a great time living there and I met alot of friends that I still keep in contact with. Of course this was from 1984 to 1987 when the pool was still there and the playground too. Im sure now its a dump but thats the way it goes it guess. It's a very old trailer park and should be torn down and a shopping center placed there.

Currently living here: it's only been one month and I'm already having issues. The manager of the park is supposed to notify all tenants when water, trash, and sewage is due by placing a notice on our doors, yet this month she did not. Now she's trying to late fee not only my husband and me, but a few others too. I find that extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. When I called on the 8th to ask why I hadn't received my notice she simply said "Oh yeah I'll post that you owe a late fee now." I asked her why since I never received a notice and she said, "Oh that's too bad, you should have known to call if you didn't get a notice. It's your fault and you'll have to pay the late fee now."

The manager is great. It's the maintenance guy I have problems with. He acts as if he owns the park. And the rule of no loud music is overlooked quite often. Also the planes from the naval Base is so loud you can't sleep sometimes. If you want a quiet park don't pick this one. We can't wait to pull out of here.

The woman who manages is extremely ugly. The pot holes are horrible they only get patched never fixed. The work on the trailers is completely cosmetic. I don't recommend it.
