Quality Inn Indianola

The room and hotel were both very clean and quiet. The staff was fantastic when I checked in and out. They do have a breakfast in the morning. Not many places serve biscuits and gravy anymore. It was good surprise. I also love the drink and candy/snack vending machines!

I accidentally booked a room at this hotel on September 12, 2024, for October 19-20, 2024, through booking.com. I was trying to book for Indianola, MS. I typed in city and state but not sure how it got switched up. Once I saw this, I reached out to booking.com and let them know what happened. They stated they could not help but the hotel could waive the cancellation fees and refund me if they chose to. So, I reached out to the hotel on September 16 and was declined on Sept 17. I could understand if this was a week or less to check in date, however, this is a month away. People make mistakes and business should be more understanding. Now I am out of $86 and still need to book a room for the correct city and state. Do better Quality Inn, IA.

The place needs a little bit of love and care. But it was clean. The biggest issue was the light shining in our room all night from the door and from the window. I would highly recommend getting blackout shades to cover the windows

The staff was absolutely awesome. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Will definitely stay again!!!

Service was horrible. The woman at the front desk was very rude pricing online was 68$ she tried charge my employees 120.00. One night need a card form and another night didn't. Very unorganized and didn't care about customer and confusing on what was needed. If traveling for work would not Reccomend for your employees
