Incredible Integrity – Staff Went Above and Beyond! We are beyond grateful for the incredible team at the Country Inn & Suites in Indianola. My son accidentally left his wallet behind, and the honesty and effort shown by the staff were truly remarkable. A huge thank you to Adam, Rebekah, Ashley, and Kat for their kindness and for going the extra mile to ensure the wallet was found and safely mailed back to him. It is rare to find such a dedicated and trustworthy group of people. They turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. We can’t recommend this hotel enough—not just for the stay, but for the wonderful people who run it!

The cost of the room was significantly more if you don't reserve online and udderly ridiculous. We paid extra to get a suite so we could sit and relax and the room was so COLD there was no relaxing. We had to get in bed to get warm. We understand that it may not be cost effective to keep unrented rooms warm but keeping them at a point where it will take a short time to make it comfortable it would make more since and be more cost effective. We were told these issues would be brought to the manager's attention; however, we did not hear from them. We are in our way back to town and will not be staying with you.

Hotel is what I would call “basic”. Clean looking interior. Breakfast is basic. Rooms- sone upkeep needed there. More chairs. Only one chair for 3 people.. wall around shower was crumbling off. Pool area with rust around all window frames. Beds were mostly comfortable. Needs table on each side of bed. Not impressed but it met the needs for the trip for a place to sleep, certainly not a destination hotel.

The staff is fantastic. Great location where you can take a walk. We had car problems and the people at the front desk were very helpful. We got on the road a little late, but because of their helpfulness it wasn’t as bad as we thought. Kudos to all the friendly staff! Loved the pool, too! Would definitely stay there again!

Not ADA compliant for someone in a wheelchair. Made the stay unproductive and not feeling safe staying there. Even tho everyone was friendly. Don't make up for anything
