Quality Inn Great Bend

Pretty outdated rooms. Terrible continental breakfast. Terrible coffee. No elevator. Torn shower curtains. Hand soap does not lather. Pool did not appear maintained. Microwave smelled like something was burning. Over priced for the experience.

Bathtub wall had a hole in it. Bathroom faucet was dirty or had something on it. Little space at sink to put things. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have stayed in a lot better Quality Inns before.

This hotel is alright if you are only staying a night or two. The breakfast is definitely not worth waking up for and the shower leaves more to be desired. But the beds and pillows were very confortable and soft and front desk staff very friendly.

Great stay overall, but Allyson at the front desk really stood out. She was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star, employee-of-the-month kind of person. Staff like her make all the difference.

When I walked in there was an oder in the lobby. I dropped off my luggage and left for the evening. Upon return, when I went to restroom, the toilet would not flush. I tried flushing several times and was like the line was blocked or something. I tried calling the front desk but the phone did not work. I went down to front desk and let her know about the toilet and was told they could move me to a different room. I went back to my room and continued trying to flush and finally got it to flush. Then, breakfast the next morning, the lady at the desk kept belching loudly. It was so disgusting! I went to get hot warm in dining room and it was cold as I wanted to make some tea as the coffee had grounds in it. I tried to warm my water in my room and the microwave smelled like it was burn
