Days Inn by Wyndham Great Bend

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and things looked clean. The lobby has a small breakfast bar with tables and chairs and a pc. There is a small fitness center, and the parking lot and hallways have cameras throughout for safety. The rooms are cozy, clean and look recently remodeled. The king bed was reasonably firm and surrounded by two nightstands, two lamps, and a place to hang up clothing. There is a big comfy chair in the corner next to an end table. Across from the bed is a large dresser/ cabinet for the refrigerator with a TV on top. Next to that is a lengthy, but narrow desk with a chair, telephone, microwave, and coffee maker, with a large ornate mirror and a lamp on the wall. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's clean and nice. Overall this was a good experience.

This is an older hotel but it was very clean. The staff was very friendly at check-in. We definitely could smell stale smoke in the room so we opened the window and aired it out and it helped some. The bathroom has been remodeled and was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough but they have the silly tiny pillows so bring your own. There's a small fridge and a microwave in our king bed room. The price was reasonable and we booked online due to it being pet friendly. However a big negative is they charged us an extra $25 for our small 9 pound dog which was NOT stated online so it was an unpleasant surprise. Based on that we would have stayed at a little pricier hotel for the same cost we ended up paying. The other complaint is the only plug ins by the bed did not work. My husband has a C

Everything was great. Just the bed wasn't comfortable. Too hard. Hall was nosey during the day

We stopped in without a reservation, the staff was very accommodating. We found the rate to be very reasonable, our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The coffee offered in the continental breakfast was good as well. We will plan to stay here next time we come this direction! Dan & Mary McCarthy
