Best Western Angus Inn

This is a nice clean hotel. The rooms were a bit dated but overall nice. We enjoyed the game room The pool looked nice and clean though we did not use it. The breakfast at Perkins was a plus. The only downside was the check in. The woman that checked us in did not seem super confident and we did not get our breakfast vouchers. The checking experience could have been better.

Positive: The grandkids loved the pool - spacious and clean Negative: Was surprised we got put in a room so far away from the elevator when I mentioned my fianc� has bad knees and stairs are a killer.

My family has been staying at this hotel several times a year for over 15 years, since I was a little girl. Some of my favorite memories include swimming in the pool and playing in the arcade when there were even more games than there are now. Over the years, this hotel has become a meaningful part of our family tradition, and we’ve always had wonderful experiences—until this past year. Unfortunately, since new management has taken over, each stay has been worse than the previous one, and this year will be our last. The issues began at check-in. In August, we called ahead to reserve specific courtyard rooms and were given the room numbers we would have. When we arrived at 4:00 PM, we were told those rooms were no longer available. However, other members of our family arrived around 5:00

Excellent location. Clean property and rooms. Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Conveniently located across the parking lot from a Perkins restaurant and an adjoining Sports bar.

I don't know why other people have a complaint. This is a nice, clean hotel. It is not fancy, reasonably priced, very clean and the staff are very pleasant. We always stay at this location when we visit family.
