The guy at the reception was very unfriendly, did not even want to answer my questions. I stayed on the second floor. Omg, the room was dirty, had stains on the sheets, the carpet, towels and curtains were not only stained but torn. I wanted to check out earlier to another hotel but they refused to refund me, so I was forced to spend the 7 days in that terrible building called hotel. I confronted them about ‘cleaning’ the room and was told they cleaned it. And it was hopelessly expensive. Not sure were they got the picture that is in the internet. Thank God the remaining weeks there was spent in a very clean, neat, friendly and much affordable hotel close to them. Will never advise anyone to go to this so called hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed an accessible room which wasn’t available, however they did make sure we were on the ground floor. The room was clean but very dated. The drapes were different colors and different sizes. It looked like they just threw them together what ever was there. There was 4 panels, 2 colors and either 3 or 4 different lengths. They were very heavy looking. In the bathroom the paint and wall was peeling above the bathtub. The entire room needed some renovation.

This is a pet friendly hotel. I checked into my room and it REEKED of dog. I can't believe the cleaning person smelled this room and thought it was okay for someone to stay in there. I'm not even picky about this kind of thing and I never leave reviews but I think the people need to know about this because it really really smelled bad.||||I asked if I could be put in another room and the front desk person couldn't get a hold of the owner (at 9pm on a weeknight) and apparently they don't have full authority to change up where guests are staying. So I had to stay in a downgraded room since that's all this person could figure out. Guess what, the new room also smelled like dog, but I was tired and gave up.

When I checked in the front desk attendant was very nice and knew who I was even before I gave my ID even though I have never been there before. Probably because I was the last reservation guest to arrive for the night (10pm) I was put in the BACK building because supposedly there are no single queen rooms in the main building even though the hotel looked mostly empty. The 1st impression was good, main building is newer/remodeled and clean. The building my room was in is in SERIOUS need of a remodel. When looking for a plug there were NO available sockets. The bed was more or less comfortable. Now for the shower ... GROSS, there were other peoples hair all over the shower walls, unfortunately the hotel I had stayed at for 2 nights before had no hot water so I HAD to shower. Breakfast was s

Had several concerns. 1) Steps on 1st floor of second building did not have railing. Having just recovered from knee surgery it was very difficult to climb steps, Had to hang onto side of building to go up and down steps. Once almost fell. Seems to be serious liability issue on your part for for older visitors. 2) bedside lamps did not turn on. On checking to see if cords were plugged in, discovered electrical outlet was missing- just a rectangular hole in the wall. 3) coffee maker and coffee packets were present but no carafe. However bed was comfortable and morning breakfast was good, Price for lodging was good.
