Prairie Inn

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for an event, and we had such a wonderful experience. Kevin and his staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. Kevin stayed in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were met, which we really appreciated. He and his team were professional, caring, and incredibly friendly. Since we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was ready, they thoughtfully made sure we had breakfast items in our room — such a kind and personal touch. The hotel room was very clean, and the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. It's not the most modern place in town. If you want modern with a bunch of amenities they you might not use, plan on spending twice as much. What you do get is a huge room, a tiny price and friendly front desk. Add in a side of pet and trailer friendly property and it's a great recipe for a place to put your head down for the night. It's an easy drive east from the SLC/Ogden Metro.

We stayed at this motel a few days ago and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. While the décor is a little outdated, everything was well maintained and cozy. The housekeepers truly went above and beyond, and it really showed. The front office staff was extremely professional and caring. They allowed us to check in before 3 p.m. and even walked down to the room with us to make sure everything was in order, which was a nice personal touch. The only suggestion I would make is to avoid closing the lobby from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this motel.

Hidden gem. I would go out of my way to stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dogs were welcome at no extra charge. There was a nice grassy area for them. The clerk was friendly and helpful. It felt safe and the area was tidy. The price was amazing for the value. TV stations were limited but perfectly adequate.
