Hampton Inn Evanston

Really a pleasure to spend a night here on our way across country. The rooms are older, but everything was spotlessly clean (especially the shower). All employees were friendly, smiling, and appeared happy to be working. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the woman running it was very nice. Wish there was whole milk instead of just 2% and skim. Coffee was good. Overall, one of the best Hampton hotels I have stayed at in years. My compliments to the team here.

Super clean, friendly, efficient gal at the front desk. The highlight was the awesome lady running the breakfast. Not only was it delicious, but her customer service was superb. She went above and beyond and was cheerful. Best part of my stay.

Where should I begin…? I believe Anna is the name of the front desk manager or maybe she was the franchise owner. She was very professional and customer friendly but had a dilemma when we arrived. She could not get the system working to create room access cards for us. She improvised and assigned us room 309 and used her passkey card to open that room door to let us in with the promise that she would bring our keys up once the system began working again...but that never happened. Surprisingly shortly after 5:00 pm one of the hotel employees opened our door and walked straight in. Shocking! The employee did apologize for the intrusion retorting that the room was listed as unoccupied. Needless to say, this privacy violation unnerved us a bit and created an uneasy and unsafe apprehension all

We always come here to charge our Tesla but last night the roads were so bad driving from Colorado to Utah we decided to spend the night. What was a pretty awful day turned out to be great. The room was really clean and comfortable and the tv was great. The best part was this morning at breakfast. The food was really good (probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had) and the breakfast attendant Jessica was so kind. Her positivity was infectious and she brightened everyone’s day. You can tell she loves working there and being a part of this Hampton Inn. It was a great stay!

Nice location, right off I-80..... And it has truck parking!!! Room was nice with a couple exceptions..... The "cart" that held the microwave and fridge had seen better days and one of the shower door/windows needed some attention.... Also the shower head itself needs cleaned or replaced as it kinda sprayed all over the place.... I thought the cost was a little high compared to other places.... Other than that it was a nice room..... Clean comfortable..... The ged was REALLY nice!!! Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good, nice variety.
