Not terrible, not the best. I've stayed here on other trips over the past 10-12 years. It's always been adequate. Rooms clean, amenities working, decent breakfast. Not close now. Had to add a night this trip. The first room was ok. No complaints. Adequate. The return was for a ground floor room. Looked ok at first. Bathroom had a large shower stall. No grab bars, soap dish, crummy shower head. Worst was the shower curtain and spring rod were not secured with brackets. Opening, it fell down. Tried to take a shower and it fell at least four more times. The room was soaked and slippery. I complained at checkout. Someone is going to sue them when it falls on their head, they fall when inadvertently grab it for stability (no grab bars), or slips on the slick floor when it falls. No apparent co

Room was quiet, dark, clean. Staff was nice. We had a bit of trouble getting a strong wi-fi signal and our TV had no audio (our stay wasn't long enough to ask for help) but my techie partner couldn't fix it. Breakfast could have been better - hot food was cold - glad you had a microwave. Bagels definitely had to be microwaved or toasted as they were very hard. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.

The manager is super nice and goes an extra mile to help you. Also her staff that I encountered so far seem to follow her lead. The rooms are usually clean and neat. I would definitely recommend as a place that is also easy on the wallet.

The Quality Inn Easton is ok. They offer a continental breakfast. The rooms are generally ok. Clean. It is definitely a low-budget option for those seeking affordable lodging. The issues we faced in the room we got was a nearly one-inch gap under the door. The shower was way too hot and was hard to switch from the water flowing below to the shower. The temperature was very high-speed. You have to be careful because you will burn yourself. If you're planning on doing laundry here, you need to bring $3.00 in quarters per wash load and $3.00 per drying load. The staff is fine and the experience was ok.
