Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites

Good location off highway 50 on the way to Cambridge. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and accommodating to the Ironman racers the weekend I stayed. They provided snacks, 4 am breakfast and a cozy environment to relax. The breakfast was well stocked and the food was pretty good. The rooms were clean and well outfitted with a nice desk, microwave, fridge, arm chair and walk I showers. The outside of the building seems a little bland with the red brick exterior but the inside has a lot of character and a great Chesapeake ambiance.

Clean, friendly, attractive. The last visit to Easton I stayed at my usual. I had a horrible experience. Never going back. The BW+ was a relief. The room was great, bathroom large, the TV, worked. For a mid-price hotel, breakfast was very good. Only 2 minor complaints. The hand towel rod by the sink needs to be fixed. The desk lamp switch did not work.Meh. No great concern. Cost was more, but with the TripAdvisor rewards, it was nearly the dame as the dumpy place. Win.

This was a very clean and comfy property with much better priced suites than competitors. Very nice staff and a decent breakfast. It is well run hotel. Gym has all the basics you'd want if you have time to work out, and there's a hot tub as well. They honored their best price guarantee too, when I was the same suite advertised for 25 less.

Positive: Staff were very polite and helpful. My room was spotless. I hate when I find dust on lamp shades or the TV. None found here. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The breakfast was good. So convenient. Negative: My friend and I are petite sized women, neither of us over 5 feet in height. We found getting into bed a little challenging, and wished we had been provided a foot stool to climb onto them. My friend found her bed to be a little too soft.

The lack of maintenance is really starting to show. When we booked 2 weeks prior we were told the hot tub was working. When we checked in we noticed a sign on pool door-hot tub out of order. Bad pump been waiting for weeks on a new one. The door from lobby to hallway was sprung and did not close. In the room, the grill to the heating/cooling unit was half off. The sound of traffic on nearby US50 was very loud. The shower head leaked from behind where someone tried to fix it with a bunch of teflon tape. Grout was missing around the tub. The breakfast eggs were bad, the sausage patties were hit or miss. Some were cooked to the brown color expected and others looked like they got pulled out too early. The microwave bacon tasted like microwave bacon. The breakfast highlite was the waffle iron
