Quality Inn Downtown Helen

This hotel has a great location right near all the shops and restaurants. It is an older building so its not perfect. The room had everything you need and pretty spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable. Parking wasn't a problem. We would stay here again.

The room was CLEAN!!! Why I say that is because we were able to walk around barefooted in the room and the bottom of my feet stayed clean! The room was roomy and at a great price. It is walkable to downtown Helen. We had an issue with the TV and Shareni at the front desk came immediately to the room and helped to get the minor issue fixed. We would highly recommend the hotel in Helen!

Good stay. Greeted upon arrival by quite possibly the cheeriest lady ever and she offered useful little bits of info as this was our first visit. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was standard but I have to say the bagel i had was one of the best.

Loved it! It was redecorated in 2024 and looks great. It's an older building but that's not a problem. The carpet is now LVP, which I prefer (easier to clean). The staff was wonderful and the coffee was good. I was there during the week and the price was great. I would recommend.

This was my first time staying in Helen, GA. The hotel is very close to everything where you can walk most places. I liked that they were pet friendly. Everyone that worked there was so kind. BIG SHOUT OUT to- Jonathan especially. He was so helpful and very accommodating, and made my stay a great experience. Rooms ans grounds were clean. Campfire outside was lit every night, which my mother enjoyed sitting by. Would definitely stay at Quality Inn Downtown Helen again. 10/10 recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
