Quality Inn Decatur River City

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Decatur, AL. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and quiet. The location is also a plus, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Decatur area

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn Decatur. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and it was a great value for the area. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Decatur.

While high traffic areas were clean such as floor, bed, and tub the desk flat surface was dirty. It had not been wiped down in some time. The walls had spots that had not been cleaned in some time such as spots at least half inch in size to 1 inch that just needed a good scrub. I was in 103. I was only there for an overnight stay for 9 hours and I was able to notice. The breakfast is just continental full of sugar. As a diabetic There were no protein options. The room fulfilled the budget option of providing a safe overnight stay without breaking the bank but I thought less of the property and brand after the stay.

Positive: Friendly staff, clean room Negative: Advertised free breakfast, but only had continental breakfast with minimal items. Not a deal breaker, but a disappointment.

Other guest screaming and yelling, sounded like a domestic abuse center! In our room, the bathroom drywall looked like it had been repaired by someone that had NO idea how to repair drywall, the light fixture had no cover, the shower rod was about to fall off, and the shower head had zero water pressure. Pretty sure I will never state at another Quality Inn!
