Quality Inn Cordele

The room was clean and comfortable. We requested a non-smoking handicapped accessible room. When we arrived, they had reserved a smoking handicapped room. The front desk clerk checked on the available rooms and advised there was a non-smoking handicap room available. However, we did NOT receive a handicap room. As a result, my husband was unable to take a shower and it was very difficult for him to get off of the low toilet with no handrails. The morning of check out, the breakfast was very limited as there were no more eggs available. We ended up having to go to a nearby drive through for breakfast. Otherwise, a good stay. We try to always book with Choice hotels. We have a 2 day stay planned for this weekend and hope it goes better this time.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. Toilet bowl dirty didn’t flush properly, shower head not functioning properly along with hot/ cold adjustment on shower water. Furniture sub par. Coat rack nasty rusted. Hole in bathroom door along with unknown stains. Just overall lack of cleanliness. Sorry but you asked.

First off at check-in their credit card machine didn't work it took trying 3 cards and several attempts until it actually completed the transaction. Secondly asked for extra bath towels and they only had one . The room telephone did not work was dead. The bathroom door warped couldn't close door the toilet seat had dried urine spotted all over it . Bed comforter had permanent stains on it . There are main railroad tracks a stone throw away that passed through every 15 to 30 minutes sounding their horns that sounded for 30 seconds or more and across the parking lot 200 ft away was a fast food establishment that the dive through speaker was like a bullhorn till late night closing . This property is old and needs an update. The carpet is old and dirty. The beds are old. The people that work there are very nice and try hard to be helpful. The first two rooms we were in the refrigerators were not working properly. The third room the refrigerator worked fine. We have been staying here twice a year for several years but we won’t stay here again until the property is all remodeled.

We picked this motel to stop at because of its location. The price we paid for our one-night stay was low, low, low. The checkin was the most efficient I have ever seen. Our room was large with plenty of seating, a king bed, plenty of electric outlets. Motel was very quiet. Pool was very inviting. Breakfast was better than expected. It was great parking right in front of our room.
