Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cordele North by IHG

My husband and I stopped for the night here on our way to Orlando. Jackera at the front desk was very welcoming to us. The hotel and room were clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Jackera was helpful in directing us to a local restaurant nearby (16 East) that served delicious entrees. The free breakfast at the hotel offered hot and cold options, and the fresh ground coffee was excellent. Checkin and check out were quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again!

We stopped here after a trip to Disney for one night. We arrived late because of bad traffic. On the way to our room we noticed one of the side doors into the building was left open and I made my husband shut it. Then when we got to our room we heard the A/C make a jack hammer noise, then noticed that food was left in the fridge. We went down to see if we could switch rooms and the same door from before was propped open again. At first the night worker said we could not switch rooms and that there would not be a manager available to speak with until Monday. They said we could give up our room and get a full refund but it was very late so we decided to stay and stick it out. About 30 minutes later he came and gave us a new room thankfully. Breakfast was good, slept okay but will not be back

We stayed in early January. Mike at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was very apologetic about our wait and then while he was assisting us he was upfront about the oven being down and the breakfast not having hot items. The room was clean and the breakfast still had a good amount of options. Overall it was a very good experience and we would stay again.

From check in to check out, my experience was wonderful! Staff was so nice and kind! My room was really clean; carpet good; no smell; bathroom was really clean & lighting in there was amazing! When I stay at a hotel I pull back sheets, blankets; check everything & spray it down with disinfectant! ! I was very happy to se everything clean. Hallway carpet was clean as well. Although a little pricey, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great time at HI Express. Clean, quiet room. Phenomenon staff. Marquesha Roberta and Shakeila were so helpful, nice and sweet. Such friendly people sure make a difference. Very good breakfast. Thank you.
