Best Western Colonial Inn

This is my favorite hotel. It's the best place to stay in Cordele, in my opinion. The rooms are nice. I read a review somewhere where someone mentioned they were a little out-dated, and one can sort of see where they are coming from, but in my opinion they are on par or better than, every Holiday Inn, Quality Inn, so on and so forth in the area. The showers are hot, the breakfast is huge and so yummy - they really do go all out. At 6pm the fresh cookies come out, and they are actually really delicious. I try to grab two every time, haha. The staff is very friendly, and extremely attentive. You really cannot go wrong here, because even the location is excellent. We drove 17 hours to get to Georgia. We are Canadians and stayed there December 23rd 2025 and have travelled all over the US for 10 years and stayed at many places. This Best Western was by far the best we’ve ever been in. The most friendly people. We were given a snack and water bottles as we arrived and our room was super clean. The breakfast was really great. So many choices and the lobby was nicely decorated. Poo Bear was amazing and that other ladies were too. Love that Southern hospitality. We will now use this place as our stop every year travelling to Florida Awesome experience.

We ended up here spur of the moment after another hotel booking was a catastrophe. This hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the balconies. Downside is no elevator and we have a handicapped person in the party.

Positive: Nothing Negative: yes, noisy room, AC worked like a grinding machine, towels for one person instead of 2, refrigerator was unplugged,when plugged in made a terrible noise, plug was out of the wall

Beware, they use infant size training, toilets in the rooms, other than that ,breakfast was good. They serve coffee all the time, but it was very weak.😞Guest services was really good, they went above and beyond what what they should have, and I haven’t seen that in a long time. Cadasia & Conniesha, had such awesome customer service skills, as well as patients, I wish I could deal with people like them all the time, Becky the manager was also very nice. I’m sure the rest of them were good also but they are the only three i dealt with.!
