Quality Inn Clermont West Kissimmee

The room had soft beds yet dirty sheets and cigarettes holes in the blankets with stains. No iron yet iron board and the lamp light plug kept falling out of the socket. Our room was better than my sister's next door. She said you could feel the springs in the bed and the shower head fell off. I went down to the lobby and wasn't impressed with the decor by any means. Everything needs updating from the tables, chairs, couch, etc. The breakfast wasn't good. It offered make your own waffles and cereal. The waffle maker never rang to show the waffle was done and we tried again and the maybe the mix wasn't thick enough.... We ended up not eating the food and leaving to go get breakfast.

I am not one to complain but I have to make this known. We checked in rather late and the first thing I wanted to do after spending the day in Orlando was to take a shower and go to bed, room 202: First entering the room, the room was extraordinarily hot and muggy and had a distinctly unpleasant odor... I carried deodorizer and heavy duty room spray with me on my travels so this was not a terrible concern. However two people in the room, two beds, I chose to take a shower first. Upon exiting the shower after having taken a nice shower, I proceed to try to turn off the shower, this did not happen! The shower would not turn off no matter what I did and I feared that if I tried too hard to turn off the shower I would break it because it seemed really flimsy! At this point I decided after t

This has to be the worst hotel ever! The service is rude and always blaming the customer for their lack of service and disrepair. They offer guest emergency kits and they did not want to bother to provide said advertised materials with rudness. The hotel is not even a 1 star and it is advertised falsely like a 3.5 star hotel. It dirty and musty. They keep the AC off when not rented. They are cheap giving a really bad smell of the rooms for ashtmatic person like me. THe toilets did not work and key keeps breaking down. For their advertised 3.5 star is totally false deceptive and fradulent practice.

Upon arriving at the room the first thing you noticed was the big blood spot on the headboard and the filthiness of the room. Did not stay went back to front desk and checked out. I would not recommend the facility at all.

Room 132 had urine on toilet seat. Not good housekeeping or room inspection. Last day no hot water.
