Quality Inn Castleton

This is a good place to rest your head. The room is clean. The fridge was unplugged. The rooms are a great value. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was... Okay. They have eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and bagel. And waffles. No cereal but enough to get you by. It was quieter than expected. Close to the highway. It was annoying because you can't get back to I465 North from Allisonville. Easy to get up from the highway

The room was very nice and had a wonderful smell like cinnamon when we walked in! The beds were very comfortable, and the only thing I could say against it would be the commode was too close to the floor, but that was only because I have a higher one in my own house! The breakfast that was served was delicious and everyone was very pleasant and kind.

Positive: Nothing was impressive about this hotel. I regretted booking it. Negative: Firstly, when I got to the hotel the sheet on the bed was dirty. I went to the front desk to complain about and all they could do is to give me wash sheet for me to go lay by myself.secondly the entire hotel smells so bad and the rooms.

Prices were comparatively reasonable. It met our basic needs. No frills, but I didn't expect any. Clientele were sometimes rude to staff, but that is uncontrollable. Staff was polite. Hair dryer in room was not functioning well, which I reported. Coffee pot was empty at 9am.

I stayed here with my daughter and was very disappointed. My husband and I travel quite a bit and because I believe in second and third chances I agtrrd to book at this Quality Inn because it said it was a 2.5 star hotel with a 7.4 rating. Let me just say that over all it doesn’t live up to its name. First, at check in they required a $100 deposit which is not mentioned in their website. All other hotels, require a credit card for incidentals but not a deposit. Second, we found a sock which did not belong to us by the bathtub which keads me to the conclusion that the room was not thoroughly cleaned ugh! The bathroom was so small that you had to maneuver to jusst close the door. There is no cliset just some bats to hang clothes just outside the bathroom. Overall this hotel does not
