Quality Inn Buffalo Airport

This hotel is absolute dive! It literally should be torn down because a vacant lot would be better than this hotel. Old, worn down, just simply a mess of a hotel. The only reason I stayed is because I was attending a Buffalo Bills game and I procrastinated making my room reservations. Never again, I will rent a tent before going to this place. Workout room does not exist, but they still have the signs up. The room is there but it looks like it has been converted into storage room for lost and found. In fact, from what I could tell this is a hotel for people living on the edge of homelessness. Allegedly the lobby and and "breakfast" area was being refurbished and updated. Only exception to that is I was there on a Monday and Tuesday and no work was being done. Stay away, many other options

We checked out the room, thought it would be OK and then discovered the following situations and conditions: 1. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived, they were shuttling people to the airport and “would be back shortly.” 2. The lobby was ratty and children were rolling around on the floor. Later, several people looked like they were “camped out” in the lobby with blankets and snacks. 3. The school bus dropped off children at the hotel because people are living there long term. 4. There was no complimentary breakfast which was listed as an amenity when I made the reservation. They are renovating. About time. 5. After we reluctantly checked in, our room had filth behind the bathroom door and around the tub, also cigarette stains on the tub. The hairdryer was missing, holes in the

The staff was very nice and respectful. The beds seemed clean. But there were stains on the curtains and walls which seemed like they could have beenn blood. The bathroom door seemed like it didn't close all the way. There was no free breakfast even though it said there would be on the website.

⭐ 1 Star I’m giving Quality Inn one star because almost everything was broken. The front door doesn’t open unless you physically push the “sliding” doors yourself (the staff even said it’s been like that for days). The shuttle car for pick-ups doesn’t work, and the bathrooms had out-of-service signs. On top of that, the staff were very rude. I called 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up to ask where to meet them and to let them know I had arrived. I was told, “Your pick-up isn’t coming until 9:30,” which was fine — but at 9:40, no one was there. When I called again, I was told, “The bus is coming. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is it's proximity to the airport. The rooms are dated and dilapidated. The hot water was on the chilly side. But far the worst thing about this hotel is the front desk including the duty manager interacted. All three ladies I dealt with unprofessional. No name tags, cold and not friendly just like the hot water. They believe you are doing them favor by staying their. All self-respecting travellers should avoid. Their is no Quality at that Inn. They are running hostel not a hotel. What a crying shame to brand. Choices should revoke the license to the operator at that location, fire all front desk staff, re-brand and heaven's sake teach proper front desk operations. If I could give a quarter of star for service I would.
