Great room for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable and the facility was very quiet and totally non smoking which was great 👍

I stayed at this hotel while experiencing housing instability with my children. From the beginning of our stay, management created a hostile and uncomfortable environment that made it clear we were not welcome. He repeatedly complained about normal, non-disruptive behavior, including my elementary-aged child being picked up at the front office by school transportation. Which is no different from any other guest utilizing uber or Lyft services. I was also criticized for lawfully extending my reservation through third-party booking apps, even though my reservations were valid and paid. The situation escalated when the owner called my room and told me I had to leave at checkout and that I could not return, without citing any policy violations or providing anything in writing. We just checked out of the hotel after our 6 day stay and this was the best hotel we have stayed at. The people were so friendly and the property was beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Quality Inn Bradenton North I-75. I was in town for my grandmother’s funeral the last thing on my mind was anything inappropriate. After checking out, I discovered that my debit card had been charged $150 for allegedly smoking marijuana in the room. I do not smoke at all, and I absolutely did not smoke in that hotel room. What makes this worse is that no one from the hotel contacted me before charging my card. When I called to question the charge, I was told the smoking fee ranges from $250–$500, yet they charged $150. The staff member I spoke with acted confused about why no one had contacted me, despite the hotel later claiming they had tried to reach me. That inconsistency is very concerning. I even offered to come in and take a drug
