Quality Inn Bastrop

I WILL BE SUING THIS HOTEL. I was charged 150 dollars for a smoke fee. Taking the money j needed to pay the rest of my rent. It's unacceptable. Given the fact that every time I wanted to smoke I walked outside in the cold weather so that I wouldn't get charged there is camera footaged.i have my son with me so I find it unacceptable that they still charged me. I will be suing because when I called the lady on the phone was being very rude to me. And wouldn't let me talk to her boss. Horrible service. UNACCEPTABLE. I need to talk to whoever is in charge because I am not satisfied

Positive: Bed was comfy, housekeeping did great job. Management needs to put attention to the air quality so people don't get sick. Negative: A/c unit puts mold smell in air is strong like fumes. Gave me headaches and filled my sinuses that took a cpl days to calm down after I left. Baby roaches in tub when I got there and in morning. they were prob coming up the pipes.

Skip this one. The room was not clean and the bedding all smelled strongly of men’s cologne - not is and reinforced our feeling that things had not been well cleaned between guests.

The room was generally clean but showed significant wear and tear. Bedspread was torn, carpet had stains, shower faucet was loose and bath mirror frame was cracked. For the price I didn't expect luxury. It was fine for a single night stay. I wanted a receipt for my stay, but no one was at the front desk. There was just a key drop box.

Everything was good, staff was nice and helpful. Only issue I can say is the water pressure was nonexistent. We were in 102, handicap room, and I couldn’t finish my wife’s shower beans use the water pressure was so low.
