Quality Inn

I was in this place for a long time until this new person arrived, called Shein. I had an altercation with him over a deposit… I always go here, nobody asks me for a deposit, and if they do, it's done in a good way. I arrived, I think, on a Tuesday. I was leaving on Thursday. When I arrived, he wasn't there; someone else was. On Wednesday night, my card was blocked, and he went to activate it. He came to my room, and when I was trying to make a payment, it wouldn't go through because he withdrew the deposit from the card without telling me or asking. I went back to the office and asked him why he withdrew the deposit the day before I was supposed to leave. He said, "You did it because you saw me." I told him, "I never have problems; I'm clean." My main complaint was the random people not staying there huddling out all day doing drugs yelling arguing. and made me feel uncomfortable especially after it got dark. The positive is Staff was amazing! Price was great.

Best room has a stove no more microwave meals all the time. The staff here puts up with so much crap they all need a raise I truly love everyone here they are very kind and they are unlike any other hotel I've stayed at and I've stayed at them all. Thank you to everyone here for doing things the right way!! Love you all.

Tasha is the kindest customer service employee at Quality Inn Aurora! She helped us with a last minute booking and upgraded us so we didn't have to go upstairs. She has provided us with one of our best experiences so far! Thanks again for all the help Tasha

Positive: The bed. Negative: Two house flys couldn’t get rid of. A fair amount of black ants went for my trash can with food boxes. Crazy lady cursing loudly outside at near by room. Police presence was often around.
