Upon arrival the young man at the front desk was very inattentive and seemed strung out or something. He told us our room number, and we had to hunt it. Then the room was not as expected and very dark. The first night was ok not great but ok. Second night we had some men come running by our room and banging on our door. We called the front desk from out cell phone because the phone in the room was not even connected. The young man again seeming strung out or something and was like ok. My daughter told him that we were females staying in the room and needed someone to check it out. We never saw anyone come around our room however we guess the men went back to the vehicles which sat outside our room with their headlights on and a motorcycle beside them for the longest. The guy at the front d
If it were possible to give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My sister booked three rooms for our large group. When my husband, daughter, my mom, and I tried to enter our assigned room at 1:00 a.m., we discovered someone was already staying in it. The poor man answered the door in his boxers, completely confused as to why his door was opening in the middle of the night. We immediately went back to the lobby. I genuinely felt bad for the front desk employee—she was new and still in training, yet working alone. She struggled to find a way to accommodate us and eventually decided to split us into two rooms, one of which was dirty but she said she would clean. We agreed, as long as the room was properly cleaned. When my husband and I went to our room, the door was already cracked
As many other people have experienced, this hotel was a nightmare to stay in. My buddy and I are working a shut down. He is on nights I am on days. I went out this morning as it was my day off, and my buddy came in to sleep. He calls me and tells me that he woke up to a Mexican guy standing on my bed with his boots on and tools laid out across my bed changing the smoke detector. Not only did we have the do not disturb sign on the door as I left, but my partner was obviously sleeping in the room. There are many reasons as to why this is unacceptable. A clear invasion of privacy, not to mention you KNOW they were not going to change my sheets after that. Upon asking for a refund, the woman, who I assume is the owners wife, was incredibly rude and continuously interrupted us. Of course the
Omg this hotel, if you can call it a hotel; was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in. It smelled like must and cigarettes. The carpet felt damp. On the outside it didn’t seem to be as nasty as it was. We booked 2 rms one on the 2nd floor and one in the back by the pool. The front desk staff was not pleasant by any means. We met some very nice people who were going to the same destination although we didn’t see them again, I would have to believe that they had the same experience. The price we paid of $105 plus tax was way too much for this dump! The breakfast wasn’t edible even the kids wouldn’t eat it: Also we went to a nearby restaurant called Roosters, that we thought was one of the well known restaurants. It wasn’t the food wasn’t awful. The locals that worked there could use some cu
Absolutely un Acceptable. We got charged $500 for “security fee” just for the front desk and manager to tell us there’s no such thing as a $500 security fee. The manager was rude and was giving extreme attitude. We work night shift from 6:30 pm to 6:30am and while sleeping at 9:00am we had our door pounded on and was getting yelled at to open the door immediately. We paid for an 3 day extension on the room and was charged for it for them to tell us to get out of the room and told us we did not pay. The charge was taken out of the account which we showed them and they said the charged us but never put it in the system. We then asked for a refund due to all of the nonsense we had been through. We were told the refund was in the account but was not. The font desk then said the manager said he
