Quality Inn Ashland - Lake Superior

The two bed room was small… but the two nights that we stayed were very enjoyable. The hotel was CLEAN and the service was great! I called for extra bath towels and he was up to our room with towels in less than 5 minutes. Also, the bed topper was so soft! Beds and pillows were very comfy! Pool and hot tub were great.

This was such a great find late at night. We were driving across Wisconsin to Michigan and needed a place for the night. We were heading a little further on, but had to stop when we saw this place. It is right on the lake and the 2. The room we got had space and beds for all 6 of us. There were also pool facing rooms for smaller parties. Plenty of parking and convenient doors into the building. The pool and hottub were enjoyed after a long day on the road. The only negative was the coffee. It was mediocre at best. And no honey or sweetener options. Everything else here was great. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and they were accommodating. The service was good. The pool and hot tub were great! The only thing I would recommend is lighting in the pool water for night time. It was very hard to see in the water to keep watch on all the kids in the pool with the dim lighting.

It’s a very nice place to stay. They keep it clean, are friendly and the price is very reasonable, nice location, pool/hot tub are nice to have. The only reason I’m giving it an 8 is because some things around the facility could be updated, like the doors (some that go to the outside are rusty) and the bathroom doors and other small things could use updating. I can overlook these things but do notice it. I enjoy staying here though.

My mother was in a poolside room, and there was a birthday party being held in the pool room, which made her unable to sleep until 10 pm, at pool close. She called the front desk and they said nothing could be done. Seems odd for one guest to be preferred over another. No other complaints, a very nice place to stay, beautiful rooms, clean pools and a good breakfast. We had a room that was not poolside and enjoyed our stay very much.
