The customer service is rude and they will lie in you ,the beds are filthy with pub hairs so you know they don't wash bedding in between customers and the heat didn't work. Ppl do don't stay at the hotel they will lie and say you did damage or stole something to keep you from getting a refund,that's how desperate they are to get your money because it's a trash hotel .They also have bugs bed bugs and roaches and the ppl working there can't understand English either. Go to the knights Inn the staff are friendly you won't get ripped off and the rooms are a lot cleaner and bug free ,they won't charge you a damage deposit and the prices are affordable.

I have booked through choice going on 4 years. I was very disappointed in this stay. I paid 246.00 for 2 nights and could not even get hot food for breakfast. Also, not enough linen. 2 queen beds and only 2 towels. Rooms were neat but need exterminator, killed a couple ants and another bug within the room. The area is very untidy. Lastly the guy at check in was kind of rude, very short and didn't even tell about breakfast, vending or ice. Not a very warm and welcoming experience

I stayed here several years ago and had to sign a statement that the train whistles didn't bother me. Well, it's gone, but they still don't know the difference between steam whistles and diesel horns., That said, I had a pleasant stay - and I have to admit the property tries to connect to the CSX yard across the road. The room was fine and the staff pleasant. I may well stay there again in the near future,

I am basing my review on the phone call to the facility and the rudeness of the person that answered the phone as well as the comments of previous customers and I feel that this hotel offers nothing but excuses for the complaints versus trying to correct any issue. So glad that I read these before booking my husbands room. He works for the electric industry and needs a trouble free stay with relaxing amenities. From one consumer to another; thank you for your reviews. This helped make my decisions easier. To the person offering nothing but excuses; same on you. This is nothing that guarantees customer retention and the corporate chain should be notified of your practices. If you value humane treatment, think twice before booking here. I cancelled a 3-night booking due to health reasons. The hotel told me to call Expedia, who tried but said the hotel refused any refund. I was charged for all 3 nights. Cold service, zero empathy. Be careful before booking. This is not only about policies — it’s about people. If you’ve ever been sick and had to cancel a trip, you know how stressful it is. A little empathy would have made all the difference.
