Knights Inn Ashland

Left me stranded after clearly making reservation. Gave heads up notice i would come earlier (a week notice) and the elderly manager took my request and confirmed it was done. I come and my room was SOLD to someone else. Was told i would get an apology call and never got it?! Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your relying on a place to stay

Positive: Staff and location Negative: No refrigerator, TV did not work. Gnats constantly and a two inch slug in the bathtub

The bedding was dirty,the hot tub was realy scumy and nasty looking.The toilet seat was in my hand. PAID 131.00 FOR AHALF HOUR VISIT. 131Dollars i will never see again .We had to go to a clean moyel down the road and it cost less and was CLEAN......

We stopped here for one night . The rooms was clean but still smelled musty . We should've booked online bc online was 65 a night . Got there and it cost 80 a night . But at checkout our receipt said 65 so something is off there . Location is good . It's good for a night or two . They are trying to remodel.

Almost stayed there. Walked in and straight back out. The smell was so awful and there was roaches crawling. This room looked like something from a 1970s horror film.
