Best Western River Cities

I have been a regular guest at this hotel, traveling to the area every few months, and my previous stays were fine. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Due to a medical emergency with my child, I had to cancel our reservation. I promptly provided proof of the hospital stay and explained the situation, yet the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. It’s upsetting to see them keep the payment for one night, especially from a long-term customer who has consistently supported their business. I hope the management reconsiders their approach to genuine emergencies and customer loyalty.

I chose the BW due to the location as there were not very many choices in this locale.|I flew and drove the better part of the morning and afternoon, so I was very tired. Check-in was smooth and Scott was very friendly and helpful. I removed my shoes in the room and unpacked my bag and after a long morning and afternoon, lay down on the bed in my white socks. I look down at my Socks and turned my foot in and couldn't believe that my white socks were black from the floor. I went to the front desk and Scott was very apologetic and said he would move me to the room next door so that I didn't have to go far...but gave me the key card and said to check it first....It was worse than the initial room. ( I took a towel from the bathroom and ran a wipe on the floor)...Housekeeping was gone for th

Positive: The rooms are always clean, the location is close to many restaurants and Walmart among many other things and the staff is always nice. Negative: The rooms have been clean whenever I stay there but there were some dirty handprints on the wall of the shower this time. Not a huge deal but something they should be a little more aware of when cleaning!

My stay at Best Western was very good. Ample free parking with several restaurants and retail stores within walking distance. The hotel was very clean. My room was pretty spacious especially the bathroom. A microwave and a small refrigerator with a real freezer was very handy. The coffee maker is a Keurig type with various coffees and tea supplied. The gentleman at the desk in the evenings was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast had hot and cold choices and the biscuits and gravy were really good. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again if in the area.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is very convenient for me when visiting my family. I like to stay here because I have had good previous experiences here. The staff was very welcoming & helpful! They have great breakfast options, which is not very common post Co Vid days (since 2020). If you do not want to eat at the hotel, Golden Corral is next door. I slept well, but I could hear everything next door because the walls are thin. Since I was traveling solo, I was especially paranoid of the door connecting the rooms. The shower had great water pressure. I thought that this hotel was recently updated, but the carpet looked dirty. Overall, I would stay again.
