Quality Inn Americus

Was extremely bothered by the fact the owner of the property just walked into the room we rented for 3 nights. No phone call no knock on the door. Upon our check in the cable for the TV had been pulled out of the wall. Called the front desk to inform them of the issue. Staff was pleasant. Then on our 2nd night about 1830 a man walks into the room. When calling the front desk no answer. When going to the office clearly you could see how anxious the staff was. The excuse Sam Patel, the owner, gave was that his housekeeping informed him we had checked out. Then proceeds to say his card never should've worked on our door and its a security issue. Im not sure how many folks travel without their side arm but I do. This could've been completely avoided had there been a knock or a phone call ahead

We were very pleased with our stay in Americus. The price was great, and the entire staff was cheerful and helpful. We had requested a nonsmoking room, but the manager offered us a smoking room that had just been renovated and never used, because it was in a better location. It was in great shape and absolutely fine...the only sign that it was a smoking room was the ashtray on the dresser. We had only one small request while we were there and they took care of it right away. The breakfast was actually quite good and served on real dinnerware with some table service! We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. ||The room is in need of painting. The bathroom has black mold everywhere! The mirrors had something running down them and then not cleaned. The breakfast food was cold. ||The entire hotel needs a DEEP clean and paint.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sam at the Quality Inn in Americus is a great guy with an even better personality. From the moment I checked in, he was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. The hotel itself looks amazing—very clean, well kept, and inviting. Based on everything so far, I’m very confident the room is going to be great as well. Huge shout-out to Sam for making this a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stay here often for work, I'm starting to rethink my stays. The rooms are fine just a little old. Smart TV which is nice for actually watching movies instead of just cable. Water pressure is great. It's the people that stay there, that are the problem. Had to call multiple times to the front office with noise complaints, up to midnight. Woke up to people being loud right outside my window, smoking cigarettes and weed, that the AC unit sucks into the room. People were playing loud music in the parking lot until 11pm and doing burnouts in loud diesel trucks in the parking lot flying in and out of the property. It needs to be made clear at check in that normal people are there for work and don't want to hear other people's shit all night.
