My husband and I used to come to this hotel all the time. It was such a beautiful place and there was always great service! It's obvious that it has changed owners and it is now garbage. The rooms used to have refrigerators and microwaves. Not anymore! There is one tiny pitiful microwave at the front desk now if you want to heat up some food. Why did they get rid of the refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms?? The pool is also drained. All the beautiful plants in the indoor courtyard area are dead now. The tree is hanging on, but that's obviously the next to go. I'm so saddened that this hotel has been taken over by the wrong people. We will never give this place our money again. SO disappointed.
When I say this was the worst hotel stay in my whole entire life from the time I pulled into the lot it gave abandoned, dark upon checking in. I asked the clerk or the man at the front desk. Where is the bar at that was online because the bar was dark chairs were up and he said it was closed down I’m like well why didn’t he say that online he had no answer but he did let me know that it would be a $250 or so fee fine for smoking smoking should’ve been the last thing they were worried about going to my room checking out my room. I stayed in room 3/81 of all when I was checking in a man came to the desk and asked was the pool open? The the clerk says yes the pool is open. He said why is the gates locked it was so dark at the pool. It made no sense but it was open, but it was dark. It is just
Wow. I don’t think this could have been a worse experience! Pulling up, we thought the hotel was abandoned because the lot was rough and there was overgrowth of weeds. The lobby was warm and smelled damp and moldy. We originally reserved and paid for the room the room through Booking.com. When we went to check in, they had the reservation, but stated it wasn’t paid. We showed the confirmation that it was paid, but they made us pay again to get into the rooms. (We are working on getting answers from Booking.com about why we paid them for the rooms and they didn’t pay the hotel… or if they did pay the hotel and the hotel didn’t register the payment) We had a rough time getting my key card to work. The room itself was clean. Unfortunately, someone pulled the fire alarm at midnight, so we we
Stayed on the 3rd floor last night. Wifi faded in and out. Heat turned off several times during the night waking me up freezing. Bed was extreamly uncomfortable causing a back ache when I woke up. I have been staying at this exact hotel every month for the last four years. I have never had issues before like this. The saddest part is that I have known Donna the morning clerk for years. When I told her about the awful night she just replied "sorry about the problems, I'll let someone know!" I can't believe she didn't even offer to make any kind of compensation??? As a Platinum member with close to 72 stays I would have expected better. My days at Quality In and Conference Center in Blue Ash are over...
The location was primo right off Interstate 71, it was very easy to find. Cleanliness was good. I think this was a huge conference center at one time , that has seen better days. There is a large indoor pool, and large restaraunt that was not in use (the restauranut ). The indoor garden space must have been fantastic but is in need of severe care. Large dead plants, extremely hot and humid from the pool I guess. The hotel also appears very dark, I can only guess how much it would cost to air condition and upkeep the place. Service was okay, it was a man who was just okay as compared to the morning person who was happy and upbeat. I did see the man made the huge effort to help with card keys that did not work, etc. The room was fine except for the extremely loud A/C unit. There was no hair
