I needed a room, last minute on a Wednesday evening. Ryan and Kat were so nice and extremely helpful. My room was exquisite. Check out was a breeze. I forgot the name, of the lovely person that bid me farewell. I want to go back right away. Thank you so much. Ryan and Kat, should be gifted lunch, from whoever is in charge. 🌈

Horrible experience, we are here for a competition weekend. The room was dirty, hair in shower, no hand and floor towels provided, the toilet wasn't flushing and we needed to call maintenance. Then days 2 in the middle of winter there was NO hot water pins and needsles ICE cold. They sure charged my card $600 for two days but gave me the worst experience. I could have stayed at a quality inn and had a better experience. Also on top of my room charge I had to pay for parking $35 per night. Terrible - the whole experience - never will I stay at a Marriott again. !

Wow: Marriott, you missed the mark on this one. Well, part of it. ||You walk in the lobby and it’s vibrant and modern. The restaurant and bar look amazing. I’m excited! Next comes the rooms…||This hotel has what I refer to as a “have” and “have not” feel. If you’re lucky enough to be placed in the “have not” part of the hotel, the room is incredibly outdated. You start to realize this immediately based on the hallway carpet (which there are 3-4 different carpets just from the lobby to my room). ||Tip: If you see new carpet in the hallways; you’ll be pleasantly surprised in an updated room. If you see old carpet from a 70s-80s era; brace yourself or leave. I feel like I am in a a motel 6 guest room. Literally. ||I did ask for a different room but they were “sold out”. ||While the room was c

My spouse had work conference here and his stay started on Sunday-Friday. I met up with him on Wednesday and stayed until the end of the reservation. This hotel was about 20 mins from the airport and upon arrival the lobby was clean and lively. We had a King size room and I enjoyed having the couch to sit on during the day. I also liked that the hotel window opens up just a little bit so you can let in some fresh air. The side we were on was next to the train track and I heard the train plenty of times but after a while I tuned it out. The room has a mini fridge and coffee maker, downstairs in the lobby is where the microwave is located. It was about a 20 min walk to some of the restaurants. It was dark early but I never felt unsafe the whole walk. We also uber over to Ben and Jerry's and

Positive: The staff tried very hard. They were stuck explaining unethical and non-transparent hotel practices. Negative: We were charged 300$ upon arrival for incidentals & told this was for a 6 night stay. A couple of days later, I noticed over 500$ charge. We were then told that was the maximum amount for incidentals. This is unethical. I will not stay at Marriott hotels.
