Hotel Providence

Lovely location, right by everything! Room was comfortable although more attention to glass cleanliness would've been helpful. The bed was so comfortable and I got a really good sleep. Shout-outs to Jordan checking us in who was welcoming and kind and to Apryl who was kind, clear, and helpful in getting us food for breakfast. Appreciated her bringing out extra breakfast sandwiches after breakfast close for us to take!

The hotel was great! I loved the snack table setup with cookies and cider — the cider was delicious. The room was a perfect size, and having a restaurant inside the hotel that offered a continental breakfast was a big bonus. The restaurant itself was really good as well. The hotel staff was wonderful. The front desk worker, Nelly, was exceptionally great — super friendly and attentive. She helped us with everything we needed and even took a group photo for us. My group loves pictures, and she kindly took over 30 photos without any hesitation. She was incredibly patient and supportive. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again!

Pleasing stay at Hotel Providence, beautiful lobby, and decent sized rooms. Only lacking curb appeal because of the location, but trust me, it’s a hidden gem. Employees are very helpful, Racquel was very polite, welcoming and gave great nearby restaurant recommendations. Rooms are very spacious and very decorated, would visit again!!

This hotel is fantastic- cozy, clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good hot water pressure, and even the hairdryer was fast and good quality. Also, the hotel is just a block or two away from the theatre, where they get all kinds of touring broadway shows and other spectacles, as well as plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Shout out to Marya (not sure if I got her name spelled correctly) who worked housekeeping on my room. She is a true gem. The front desk was also courteous and very helpful. I didn't get to try the included breakfast because I was meeting friends for breakfast out, but it smelled delicious. Think this hotel was the perfect choice for my stay in Providence.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet, rooms were comfortable and cozy. Thank you to the front desk worker Jordan for making me and my family feel welcome, very polite and well spoken and also for taking a trip to the ice machine for me since i couldn’t locate it on the 2nd floor. would visit again and would definitely recommend!
