Prospero's Flagship Inn

I love everything about this little motel. I've paid double for rooms twice this big and was so disappointed. This place has amazing staff (the two ladies that helped me), clean rooms, softs comfy beds with clean sheets they even have a breakfast with the good coffee and the best coffee creamer! They offer a late check out as well! Will definitely stay here again! Oh they even offered to keep my stuff while I was at work, so I didn't have to leave it in my car, after check out even!

Very reliable place to stay on my trips between Seattle & San Jose. Great value, comfortable bed, decent towels. The rugs could probably stand being replaced..but overall I appreciate what this motel provides. - a safe, clean and comfortable place for a night's sleep.

Unfortunately, what I thought was a online deal was NOT a deal. I was in room 207 and unfortunately, there were junkies in the room above and around me. The room phone didn't work, so it was kind of a hint things were sketchy. The junkie upstairs kept jumping up and down all day and night, while leaving the TV on at full volume. And it seemed like they didn't care or wanted to keep me up also, maybe they were tweakers? Also strong, toxic odors kept coming in through the bathroom vent. You would need to constantly turn on the fan timer, as it would stop after 15 mins. There was also a strong ammonia or other cleaning solution fume that permeated the whole room and my clothing even after leaving. This place was dirty from the check in counter to the whole room and bathroom. Super stained floor, multiple hairs in the shower and multiple dirty marks in the curtains of various colors (don’t want to think what they are, gross). It was too late to make other plans. The two stars are because the bed was comfortable and the sheets didn’t appear to be dirty and it was quiet enough (on a Monday night, top floor). Didnt eat breakfast as it was way overripe bananas, white bread, lucky charms, and a few yellow? Oranges. I definitely don’t recommend and especially not for the price. Understandable maybe if it was $65.

Great staff, friendly, and quick to resolve issues. Even had cookies. Room was clean but there were some grant hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to me. Batteries were dead in the remote and they didnt hesitate to correct it. I would suggest some type of placard near the TV that lists the channels, or at the very least, the guides for TV listings. I spent about an hour trying to locate some that would indicate what was on TV in an unfamiliar area. The TV was to small for the viewing distance. I would recommend at least 42" for 10 foot plus viewing distance if you are trying to save money, but realistically a 55" or larger should be used for that distance.
