Huge disappointment !! The pictures are nothing like the reality. Maybe is was AI generated or taken 10 years ago. The apartment was smelly and dirty. Beds, chairs, floors, couch, windows was absolutely disgusting. It was supposed to be for 7 people but they forgot to mention that the couch is broken and there was no chance to sleep on this thing. One person needed to take the mattress and sleep on the floor. Fortunately it was only 2 nights for us cause if it would be longer I would search for sth else. We only saw the dirty pool but there was no chance someone would use it in this condition. Maybe location is good but not worth it at all!! DISCUSTING

Everything was beautiful and perfectly clean. We even had free beach towels and all the equipment we needed. Our stay was wonderful — absolutely great in every way. We definitely recommend this place.

The code that was given to me to open the door did not work. When I text them via whatsapp they responded immediately. In fact, any time I text them they responded. Great customer service and the place is in a great location. I highly recommend this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The photos and promise of a luxury apartment is not what you will get. The apartment was nothing like the photos, it smelt strongly of foist / mould and was dirty and run down. It was so bad we felt unable to stay with our 2 children and ended up leaving and booking alternative accommodation. I left a review on booking.com who we booked through but was only able to upload 4 photos. They have refused to refund our booking and have accused us of lying about the standard of accommodation. There was a ladder up against the bedroom window and old laundry outside the door which again they have denied. Please see photos attached. Who’s lying!!!!
