Great place to visit and have a great time with family and friends. Great Food and Great view.

Love the place, atmosphere, staff, and and restaurants. But DO NOT sit in your vehicle too long, or two old lady security guards will try to have you taken off of Disney property. Very mean and rude people to say the least. Even if you are innocent they don't follow Disney's policies of striving for YES for every guest. Hope Disney will get these two out of there and have a fun place to visit again.

Great customer service..everyone there is willing to help you or answer any question with a smile on their faces....our room was very nice and clean...the only issue is that the resort is so big that you need a car to move around between you room and the facilities.

Disney emergency managers allowed us to take a FEMA course there. The resort and support stuff had been closed for a year so it wasn't fully up to speed and staffed, but for a classroom it was great. Just wish it had coffee available 😀 Thanks Disney!

From jazz bands to fishing, it has cool bike riding trails, dog friendly and excellent food it's worth it
