Pocos Motel

Place is seriously rundown but the people are definitely friendly. Really quiet atmosphere. Very inexpensive. Owner no longer renting it out as a motel. Instead, they are renting it out as month to month studio rentals. They got rid of the homeless issues thankfully as well.

Roaches and bedbugs are to much,and they do nothing about it.I was asked to leave for 2 weeks for them to repaint and some other things,they we could come back and they rented the unit to someone else

If I could rate zero stars I would. This motel is completely infested with mice, rats and cockroaches. When I say infested I literally mean it you can’t have any food without the rats eating through it. There’s black mold in the restroom and kitchen. The owner “Hannah” is a scammer and keeps everyone deposits just because she wants the housekeeping done when you move out. Do not recommend to anyone what so ever!!!

Infested beyond belief..Roaches, Bed bugs etc .Disgusting place. The owners do not fix anything. The water is off for 2 weeks at a time..They call Americans PEASANTS..$1500 a month for a foul place..

The worst imaginable situation. Rat, mice, cockroaches & other animal droppings everywhere especially the kitchen. The smell is terrible as soon as you walk in. Visible mold in the restroom and kitchen areas. Hannah requesting all payments be in cash due to "tax purposes". Please save yourself the time, don't contact them!
